Taylor L. Garcia, is the Principal Consultant at Prime Scholars, an Atlanta-based firm. Taylor has over 10 years in the education sector. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College(B.A.) and Harvard University (Ed.M.).
Her work spans traditional public schools, charter schools, and nonprofit foundations. She leads cross-functional projects that helps school leaders drive efficient and equitable outcomes.
Known for her strategic thinking and commitment to educational equity, Taylor brings both technical expertise and a collaborative approach to every project. She has deep experience in data strategy through fellowships with Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research (Strategic Data Project) and MIT’s Blueprint Labs (Student Access and Quality Fellowship). Through Prime Scholars, she partners with organizations to deliver clear, effective solutions that support access, accountability, and impact.

Yvonne Jones, M.Ed., NBCT

Esther Yvonne Jones holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock), an M.Ed. in Early Childhood from UA Little Rock, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Harding University. She is the New Teacher and Leadership Development Coach at Prime Scholars, an Atlanta-based firm. Esther brings 28 years of experience with the Little Rock School District (LRSD) to Prime Scholars.
Her career spans roles as a K-12 educator, literacy coach, and early childhood building leader, most recently serving as Director of Early Childhood for LRSD. That range gives her a firsthand view of what new teachers need to grow and what strong school leadership actually looks like in practice.
Known for her instructional depth and coaching-driven approach, Esther brings both classroom-tested expertise and a collaborative eye for developing strong educators. She was a National Board Certified Teacher and is currently a Hudson Institute certified coach, credentials that reflect her strength in both teaching practice and leadership development. Through Prime Scholars, she supports new teacher growth and leadership development for the schools and districts the firm works with.
