Taylor L. Garcia, is the Principal Consultant at Prime Scholars, an Atlanta-based firm. Taylor has over 10 years in the education sector. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College (B.A.) and Harvard University (Ed.M.).
Her work spans traditional public schools, charter schools, and nonprofit foundations. She leads cross-functional projects that helps school leaders drive efficient and equitable outcomes.
Known for her strategic thinking and commitment to educational equity, Taylor brings both technical expertise and a collaborative approach to every project. She has deep experience in data strategy through fellowships with Harvard’s Center for Education Policy Research (Strategic Data Project) and MIT’s Blueprint Labs (Student Access and Quality Fellowship). Through Prime Scholars, she partners with organizations to deliver clear, effective solutions that support access, accountability, and impact.
